History

National School Lines has been in business for more than 45 years (since 1963), and is becoming a well-known name within the school furniture industry.

Catering to the customer

Since 1991, dramatic changes started to take place -- strictly by catering to what the customer wanted and needed. This was a very unique approach in an industry that had been driven by suppliers. We began calling schools directly and asked what they needed or wanted in their classrooms. We continue to provide this personal attention to school districts today.

Expanding our products and capabilities

The product line has expanded to include welded frame tables, bench seating, task chairs, sled base chairs, and more painted style bookboxes. National School Lines has made these expansions with the continued focus on servicing a changing market.

In the spring of 2004, National School Lines acquired a paint and fabrication facility that has increased our capabilitlies. This company, Tube Fabrication & Color (TFC) will handle all the tube bending for National School Lines furniture, as well as for customers outside of the school furniture industry. This company has already seen significant growth. In 2005, we directed our attention to detail. We have focused on attaining more colorful products, better design, and supporting the delivery requirements of our customer.

National School Lines Today

Today National School Lines serves customers throughout the United States, with an emphasis in the Great Lakes region. The Lifetime Structural Warranty that we offer on all of our products is a simple step in ensuring customer loyalty. It is this warranty, in fact, that has won many new customers over to National School Lines.

The acquisitions of the paint line and tube bending facility allow us to to cater to tighter deadlines and meet the increasing demand for a quality product.

Our design and customer service teams refuse to settle for anything less than satisfied and loyal customers. This is what drives the company's success. We will continue to fulfill our mission by striving to be the industry leader in classroom furniture products.
