New Products in the School Market for a changing system

At National School Lines, we want to represent the best products made right here in the USA! We make a point of not skimping on quality and try to develop products for a changing market. We have developed a large selection of desks that allow for a “see through” wire basket. We worked to develop a flex desk with the concept of using a laminate with “armor edge” banding which is the most durable product for the school market. We offer this on all our table lines as well. Speaking of quality, did you know we build all our products equal to or heavier than any manufacturer in the industry? Well- the best way to have a product last is to utilize one that has the quality built in rather than “replacement” written all over it. Think about it- you expect your furnishings to last 10-15-20 years? Check the warranties on our competition: no one offers you a 30 year (lifetime) structural warranty except National School Lines. Because we know that budgets can’t afford to replace furniture every five years, we commit ourselves to building only the best products. Don’t be fooled by short term fixes.

Check us out on the web at www.nsl-inc.com and see for yourself. Call in and see if we can outfit you on our overstocked specials. (877-337-5872 toll free)

Quality Built To Last A Lifetime!

National School Lines offers many different types of stools- each with a specific purpose.

Understanding the features and benefits of our products makes your selection process easier.

  • Welded fixed height stools are the most economical buy for a customer. They typically come in heights of 18”, 24” or 28”. These stools are offered in either a square or round legged style. Square legs are more durable, because they have a heavier steel gauge. We have developed an add-on back rest for this model as well. Both styles come with either round or square foot rings. Although nickel chrome legs have been the norm for years, the recent focus on “green” products has made polyester powder coated frames more of a standard.
  • Adjustable legged stools use the same frame make-up as the welded fixed height stools. National School Lines can offer a maximum adjustability from 20” to 34” on the square legged design.
  • Hydraulic adjustable stools are becoming more popular with the addition of stools in computer labs. National School Lines offers a task chair using the heaviest tubing in the market. You can also add the option of a hydraulic adjustable seat/back with or without casters and an adjustable desk.
  • Three legged stools from National School Lines are a great space saver when you have a limited area.
  • Melamine is strong, but brittle - meaning it will crack and break if a stool falls over. National School Lines has researched this and now offers a unique molded stool using the strength of a wood MDF core - it is extremely dense for holding power. The molded stool is offered in several woodgrain colors to help support the upscale look at no extra cost.
  • The concern of broken welds has been eliminated at National School Lines. Our standard model stools are assembled in the factory using the latest style hardware- similar to the retro stool look made popular in the 50’s. This safety feature costs a little more, but eliminates the safety concerns of broken welds. Plus, National School Lines offers a structural lifetime warranty on our frames. These models also come with the options of swivel seats, swivel seats and backs, adjustable models or fixed seats and backs.
  • We offer a variety of colors. Schools and businesses enjoy getting furniture in their specific colors to help it blend into their environment.

Take advantage of this discount stool offer now from National School Lines- only during the month of March!

Save Money: Buy Products Based on their Life Cycle, Not on their Price

Gain value on your purchased products

The product value should determine your purchasing decision, not the price.

Just like vehicles, some classroom furnishings are more expensive than others- and justifiably so. This is because some products have better benefits than others, increasing their value and their price.

The life cycle of a product typically determines its value. (show comparison picture of NSL product vs. other products)

Rather than asking, “How much does this chair cost?” a better determining factor would be, “How long is the life cycle of this chair?”

  • For example, if a product has a 10 year warranty and it costs $50, the net life cycle cost is $5 per year for the expected life of the chair.
  • But if a chair costs $55 and has a “lifetime warranty” (equivalent to 30 years) the net life cycle cost would be $1.83 per year – a much better value than the previous example.
  • After spending just $5 more, you gain 63% value during the product’s life cycle.

Why National School Lines?

  • National School Lines has been a manufacturer of classroom furniture for more than 40 years. Located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, NSL did not market nationally until 6 years ago. National School Lines has since won the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year award for its social commitment to the community. In 2005, NSL also received the prestigious and nationally recognized SBA Spirit Award, for its donation of 1100 desks to the Katrina-ravaged area of Pass Christian, Mississippi.
  • NSL has become known as a leader in quality when it comes to frames and melamine seats, backs and tops. Only two companies in the country make melamine products and National School Lines has an exclusive relationship with one of them.
  • If you want special colors for book boxes or frames, NSL can provide powder coated frames in your school colors at no additional cost. If lead times are an issue, National School Lines has been able to ship products-depending on availability-literally in one day. “Perfect! I couldn’t believe that a company could supply combinations desks in orange seats and backs and black tops in one day!” Edward Latko, President, Murphy and Jones Company 1-8-2008.

What if you don’t have the money now to pay NSL’s premium?

National School Lines offers factory direct pricing, because we understand the money struggles school systems face today.

  • Buying directly from us cuts out the middle man- which can save you as much as 25-30%.
  • National School Lines provides a lifetime warranty on all products. We also have a reliable and knowledgeable staff to help you, if any issues arise.
